Crust Bros x Cinnamon Kitchen: Butter Chicken Pizza Has Landed
Two London favourites. One seriously good pizza.
We’ve joined forces with Vivek Singh’s Cinnamon Kitchen to bring together two of the capital’s most-loved dishes: Neapolitan pizza and butter chicken.
The result? A limited-edition Butter Chicken Pizza, topped with Cinnamon Kitchen’s butter chicken, fior di latte mozzarella, onion petals, coriander chutney and pickled ginger, with a cucumber raita on the side for dipping those crusts.
Vegetarian? We’ve got you too. The Butter Paneer Pizza swaps the chicken for paneer, without missing out on the good stuff.
Both are launching 10th September at Crust Bros Covent Garden and Waterloo for a limited time only.

Where Neapolitan Pizza Meets Butter Chicken
The starting point for this collab was actually the crust.
Our Neapolitan pizza dough is proved for 48–72 hours. Once fired, it develops a blistered, soft but slightly crunchy crust, sharing more than a few characteristics with a great naan.
Which got us thinking.
If the crust already has that blistered, almost naan-like texture, why not pair it with one of London’s favourite curries?
Enter Cinnamon Kitchen.
Butter chicken and Neapolitan pizza might not be the most obvious pairing on paper. But get that rich butter chicken onto a blistered Crust Bros base and suddenly it makes a lot of sense.
Then there’s cucumber raita on the side.
Save your crusts. You’re going to need them.
What’s on the Butter Chicken Pizza?
The Butter Chicken Pizza brings together:
Cinnamon Kitchen butter chicken
Fior di latte mozzarella
Onion petals
Coriander chutney
Pickled ginger
Cucumber raita for dipping
And because we didn’t want the vegetarians missing out, there’s a Butter Paneer Pizza for the same price, swapping the chicken for paneer while keeping the same fior di latte, onion petals, coriander chutney, pickled ginger and cucumber raita.
Same idea. Same crust-dipping potential.
Built with Cinnamon Kitchen

For this one, we’ve teamed up with chef Vivek Singh, Founder and CEO of Cinnamon Kitchen.
And the timing couldn’t be better. Vivek’s first restaurant, The Cinnamon Club in Westminster, is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year. Since opening, Vivek has helped shape modern Indian dining in London, taking familiar Indian flavours and giving them a fresh perspective.
The wider Cinnamon Collection has since grown to include Cinnamon Kitchen locations in the City of London and Battersea, alongside Cinnamon Bazaar.
Butter chicken has become one of Cinnamon Kitchen’s most-loved dishes, and this collab marks the first time it’s made its way beyond the restaurant’s own menu.
We’re very happy it landed on a pizza.
As Vivek puts it:
"Butter chicken has become one of our most iconic dishes at Cinnamon Kitchen, so it’s been a real pleasure to work with Crust Bros to give it a new lease of life."
Neapolitan Roots. London Soul.
We take the foundations of great Neapolitan pizza seriously, but we’re a London pizzeria. That means being surrounded by chefs, restaurants and cuisines from all over the world and occasionally asking the important question:
Would that work on a pizza?
In this case, the answer was very much yes.
As our founder Joe Moore says:
“London food culture is all about taking the best food from around the world and fusing it into something even better. It’s what we built Crust Bros upon - Neapolitan Roots, London Soul... it really is a match made in heaven.”
Crust Bros Collabs
We love finding new ways to have fun with pizza without losing what makes it Crust Bros.
This year alone, we’ve worked with names including Mildreds, Cavita and Daffodil Mulligan, bringing everything from plant-based cooking to Mexican and Irish influences onto our Neapolitan base.
The flavours might change with every collab, but the important bit stays the same: the pizza has to actually taste good.
And now butter chicken gets its turn.
Try It From 10th September
Like all good collabs, this one won’t be around forever.
The Butter Chicken and Butter Paneer Pizzas launch 10th September at Crust Bros Covent Garden and Waterloo.
Book a table, order the pizza, and whatever you do, save the crust for the raita.
