  • Yes—walk-ins are welcome all day. At busy pre-theatre times (roughly 5:30–7:15pm) there may be a short wait. If you’re on a clock, booking is smartest.

  • About 3–5 minutes’ walk from the main concourse via the Waterloo Road / Old Vic exit. Check the Waterloo Station map or open Google Maps directions.

  • Follow signs to Waterloo Road / The Old Vic, cross at the lights, and head towards The Old Vic—we’re a short stroll away. See the station map for exits.

  • Yes, we have halal pepperoni and our chicken is halal.

  • Yes—vegan choices and a gluten-free base are available. We prepare food in a kitchen that handles gluten and other allergens; ask our team for guidance and check the menu.

  • Yes—Click & Collect is available for fast pickup. Delivery options vary by time and radius (enter your postcode to see what’s available).

  • Absolutely. We have baby-changing facilities and plenty of quick, shareable options for kids. (Ask the team for high-chair availability on arrival.)

  • Yes—disabled access and free Wi-Fi are available.

  • Most guests can dine comfortably in ~30–45 minutes. If you’re catching a train or a 7:30pm curtain, tell us your time—we’ll pace service to help you make it.

  • For a 7:30pm show, aim to sit 6:00–6:45pm. We’re minutes from the Old Vic and Young Vic, and an easy walk to the National Theatre and Royal Festival Hall.

  • We recommend booking and noting your arrival time, especially before shows.
