A white pizza is made without tomato sauce, using mozzarella and parmesan as the base.
We make authentic Neapolitan pizza. Our dough is proved for 48–72 hours before being cooked in ovens over 400°C for around 60 seconds, creating our signature leopard-spotted crust.
Unfortunately not. Different toppings cook at different rates and affect how the pizza bakes, so we don't offer half-and-half pizzas.
You can take our classic Margherita and choose from a list of 10 ‘Additions’ from veggies to meats to cheeses to make your pizza your own!
We add an optional 12.5% service charge to your bill. One hundred percent of the service charge goes directly to our team through our TRONC system.

Wherever possible, we source ingredients locally, with specialist Italian ingredients imported where quality demands it. Our mozzarella is made just outside London, and many of our vegetables come from British farms.
Yes. Our mozzarella is made using vegetarian rennet.
Yes. We offer a gluten-free pizza base. However, we cannot guarantee a completely gluten-free environment.
