  • Its a classic Neapolitan pizza base with added mozzarella and parmesan.

  • We make Neapolitan style pizza. Our ovens run at over 400 degrees meaning your pizza cooks in 60 seconds. That gives the pizza its leopard print and soft but charred crust. It’s the best way for pizza - although we would say that wouldn’t we?

  • Unfortunately not. Adding different ingredients affects the weight of the pizza on different sides and causes uneven cooking.

  • Absolutely, it’s what we’re all about. We believe pizza is personal, so you should do it exactly the way you want - no judgements ever!

  • 100% goes to our team through a TRONC system. Always has, always will.

  • We have 3 types of mayo dips; garlic, scotch bonnet and truffle mayos, along with house made chilli oil and garlic oils.

  • No, we use a bakers yeast and 48-72 hours leavening time for a perfectly risen and fluffy crust every time. We’re so proud of our dough and crust, we put it in our name.

  • Our philosophy is to buy local if it’s the best product, otherwise we head to Italy! Our mozzarella is made just outside London to reduce. We source our Italian ingredients from two of London’s oldest Italian wholesalers. Our fruit and veg is sourced from English farms where possible, except for items that need that Italian sunshine, like basil and tomatoes. We buy our beer from Two Tribes brewery, based in Kings Cross, a few miles from our restaurant.

  • We have 100% gluten free dough, however it is cooked in one oven, so we can’t guarantee the absence of any allergens.
