  • CAN I BOOK A TABLE?

    • Yes absolutely! We keep half our seats for reservations and the rest for walk-ins. This means whether you’re a pizza planner or a last minute kinda restaurant goer, we have you covered. You can check availability here

  • Do you keep tables for walk ins if I haven't booked?

    • 100%. We keep back tables always and though there may be a small wait, generally we can seat you in our restaurant in less than 15 minutes and you can even grab a drink whilst you wait.​

  • Do you have outside seating?

    • Yes we have a small terrace at our Waterloo restaurant with seating for 18 guests. This space isn't bookable and it turns into a lovely sun trap when the sun is shining. ​

  • WHAT IS A WHITE PIZZA?

    • Its a classic Neapolitan pizza base with added mozzarella and parmesan

  • ARE YOU A NEAPOLITAN PIZZA RESTAURANT OR PIZZA ROMANA?

    • We make Neapolitan style pizza. Our ovens run at over 400 degrees meaning your pizza cooks in 60 seconds. That gives the pizza its leopard print and soft but charred crust. It’s the best way for pizza - although we would say that wouldn’t we? 

  • CAN I HAVE A HALF & HALF PIZZA?

    • Unfortunately not. Adding different ingredients affects the weight of the pizza on different sides and creates uneven cooking. 

  • CAN I SWITCH SOME INGREDIENTS ON MY PIZZA?

    • Absolutely, it’s what we’re all about. We believe pizza is personal, so you should do it exactly the way you want - no judgements ever!

  • DO YOU KEEP YOUR SERVICE CHARGE?

    • 100% goes to our team through a TRONC system. Always has, always will. 

  • DO YOU HAVE DIPS?

    • We have 3 types of mayo dips; garlic, scotch bonnet and truffle mayos, along with house made chilli oil and garlic oils. 

  • IS YOUR PIZZA BASE SOURDOUGH?

    • No, we use a bakers yeast and 48-72 hours leavening time for a perfectly risen and fluffy crust every time. We’re so proud of our dough and crust, we put it I our name. 

  • ARE YOUR INGREDIENTS SUSTAINABLY SOURCED?

    • Our philosophy is to buy local if it’s the best product, otherwise we head to Italy! Our mozzarella is made just outside London to reduce. We source our Italian ingredients from two of London’s oldest Italian wholesalers. Our fruit and veg is sourced from English farms where possible, except for items that need that Italian sunshine, like basil and tomatoes. We buy our beer from Two Tribes brewery, based in Kings Cross, a few miles from our restaurant. 

  • IS YOUR MOZZARELLA VEGETARIAN?

    • Yes, our mozzarella is made using vegetarian rennet. 

  • DO YOU HAVE VEGAN OPTIONS?

    • Absolutely, We have 3 vegan pizza options in our faves menu but we also have infinite combinations in our personalised pizza section!

  • WHAT IF I’M GLUTEN FREE?

  • CAN I BRING CHILDREN OR BABIES TO CRUST BROS?

  • CAN I BRING MY DOG FOR DINNER?

  • DO YOU DO HALAL PIZZA?

    • We have halal pepperoni and chicken for our halal guests

  • IS YOUR DOUGH VEGAN?

  • CAN I BRING AN ASSISTANCE DOG?

    • 100%. Please do let us know in advance so we can sort an accessible table for you and we will also be as accommodating as possible if you walk in with an assistance dog. 

  • CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD?

  • DO YOU HAVE PASTEURISED CHEESE?

    • our mozzarella, burrata, buffalo mozzarella and gorgonzola are all pasteurised cheeses
