Apple's launching its first foldable phone just around the corner, but we've got a different kind of foldable in mind.
While everyone else is talking screens, hinges, and upgrades, we're keeping things simple: great dough, proper ingredients, and a pizza that fits right in your hands.
Meet our take on pizza a portafoglio, a Neapolitan street-food classic that literally translates to 'wallet pizza'. It's folded into four, making it easy to grab, carry and eat on the go.
