Our Waterloo Restaurant

From Street Food to Southbank Legends

Our story started back in 2014, slinging Neapolitan pizzas from a wood-fired oven on a trailer at London’s best street food markets, festivals, and wild parties.

By 2015, we were firing out pizzas at the Southbank Food Market, right next to the Royal

Festival Hall, just 100m from where our Waterloo restaurant now stands. Tourists, locals, office

workers, and pizza fanatics queued down the block—and we were loving it.

Next stop? The Southbank Christmas Market and Summer Festival, where we upgraded to a

shipping container, complete with a giant stone floor oven. Proper vibes.

Then, in 2017, we took the plunge and opened our first full-blown Crust Bros restaurant in

Waterloo. And the rest is delicious history.
