IT ALL STARTED 9 YEARS AGO...
Joe was working a 9-5 in an office.
He longed for the buzz of the restaurant and he had an idea. He quit it all and started slinging pizzas on the streets of London.
He took a plane ride to Italy with a notepad, a few clothes, a camera and an empty stomach.
6 WEEKS LATER...
He had the recipe and ideas. On the way back he picked up his oven and started that week cooking up a storm at Red Market Shoreditch. On their first night they sold 180 pizzas – Crust Bros was born.

For 2 years he went all over London selling pizzas wherever he could. Over 100,000 pizzas later they found a permanent home in Waterloo.

Since opening we’ve served over 1,000,000 pizzas to customers in Waterloo and we’re looking forward to serving many more...
