We’re Crust Bros — pizza obsessives, crust perfectionists, and champions of good times.
Neapolitan Roots. London Soul. Crust Like No Other.
After a road trip around Italy in 2014, our founder Joe brought Neapolitan pizza back to London, starting Crust Bros as a street food pizza company at some of the capitals finest markets, festivals and events. We worked with some of the best craft brewers every weekend to bring our pizza from Peckham to Walthamstow, Kew to Camden in their taprooms.
Our Locations
In 2017, we opened our first proper pizzeria in Waterloo and since then opened at The Prince, Earls Court and, new in Summer 2025, Covent Garden.
We continue to focus on making the finest crusts, use the best ingredients and banging drinks list, all served up with big vibes to make SOUL LIFTING PIZZA every day.

What Makes Us Different
What makes us special at Crust Bros is our commitment to tradition and quality. We make our pizzas with 24–48-hour fermented “00” flour dough, use only the best Italian ingredients like San Marzano tomatoes and ’nduja, and cook every pizza in a 500°C wood-fired oven in just 60 seconds.
Our signature leopard-print crust is light, puffy, and perfectly charred, something we're really proud of.
We've won multiple national awards, but what truly sets us apart is our dedication to sustainability. For every pizza we sell, we plant a tree through our partnership with Earthly—over 146,000 trees and counting.
