🍅 The Sauce – Sweet Summer Vibes Only
This month’s base starts with your choice of our classic Neapolitan pizza dough or gluten-free base. On top, we’ve gone golden with a sauce made from yellow datterini tomatoes—aka the sweetest tomatoes around.
We slow-cook them with a splash of extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of sea salt, then blend it down into a silky, summery sauce that’s bursting with natural sweetness.
Especially popular was our quite bite size video on how to stretch perfectly round pizza. And yep, every pint is served in a frozen tankard, just the way it should be.
🍕 The Toppings – Simple, Juicy, Packed with Flavour
We layer on confit yellow and red datterini tomatoes for double the juicy, sweet punch. Then comes our Greek Kalamata olive tapenade, bringing in a deep, salty tang that balances everything out beautifully.
Of course, it wouldn’t be a Crust Bros pizza without the cheese. We’re piling on:
🧀 Fresh fior di latte mozzarella from Campania
🧀 Stracciatella the creamy centre of the burrata
✅ Vegetarian (with a meaty upgrade if you want it)
This one’s a vegetarian pizza special that’s bold, rich, and satisfying enough to convert any meat lover. But hey—if you want to go all out, we’ve got an optional Parma ham add-on that takes this slice to flavour level 11. (Small extra charge, but so worth it.)
