We’ve gone big. Real big. This autumn, we’re teaming up with the Eastern Med legends Brother Marcus to create what our founder Joe calls “100% our best special yet.”
This one’s been months in the making – a proper flavour bomb that brings together their bold East Med energy with our signature Neapolitan style. The result? A pizza that’s fiery, fresh and completely unforgettable.
The Pizza: Where Naples Meets the Eastern Med
Our signature leopard print crust is getting a new outfit – loaded with:
Harissa-infused San Marzano sauce
Lamb kofta or roasted aubergine (for the plant-based crew)
Caramelised pomegranate molasses onions
Fior di latte and whipped lemon feta
Aleppo chilli butter, pomegranate seeds and pistachios
Served with a cool tzatziki dip on the side
It’s a slice that hits every note: sweet, spicy, tangy and creamy. Think classic Margherita roots, turned up with big, bold Med flavours.

How the Collab Came to Life
This is a special that's been many months in the making. We first met the Brother Marcus team earlier this summer, when we were opening our Covent Garden pizzeria and we went out to meet out favourite local restaurant neighbours.
They've been lighting up the restaurant game for 8+ years and really know their souvlaki from their kebabs - so we thought there was no one better to collab on an East Med inspired 'za.
The Flavour Story
The pizza is the perfect blend of classic neapolitan Margherita, with big and bold med flavours. The lamb kofta or marinated charred aubergine are spiced to perfection, and the fattiness of both is cut through by the pomegranate molasses caramelised onion. And it wouldn't be a greek inspired pizza without a bit of feta, so we whipped that up in all it's salty goodness for another flavour punch on this special. Lastly for a final smack of decadence, we added Aleppo butter, which is equal parts unctuous and spicy.
Our founder Joe and Brother Marcus co-founder, Tas, instantly knew they had a winner and we're predicting this might just be our best selling special of all time.
Now we just need to make sure that our team don't eat all the kofta for staff food before you get the chance to try it.
