Bottomless Brunch in Waterloo: 90 Minutes of Pizza & Prosecco
We’ve always thought pizza and a few drinks is a pretty solid way to spend the weekend. So naturally, we made both of them bottomless.
Every Saturday and Sunday, we get the pizzas flying at Crust Bros Waterloo for 90 minutes of proper Crust Bros brunching. Bring your mates, grab a table and work your way through as much pizza as you can manage, with drinks to keep things suitably well watered.
No tiny brunch plates. No poached eggs balanced on sourdough. Just a table full of pizza, good drinks and nowhere you need to be for the next hour and a half.

Here’s How It Works
Bottomless Brunch runs every Saturday and Sunday from 12pm to 3.30pm at our Waterloo restaurant.
It’s £40 per person for 90 minutes, and while you concentrate on the pizza, we’ll keep the bubbles or Two Tribes Metroland IPA flowing. If the sun’s out and an Aperol feels more appropriate, you can upgrade to bottomless Aperol Spritz for another £5.
You’ll need at least two of you, so grab your favourite brunch partner or get the group chat moving and round up a few mates.
Then take a seat and prepare to make some questionable decisions about how much pizza one person can reasonably eat.
Pick a Pizza. Then Pick Another One.
This isn’t 90 minutes of eating the same pizza over and over again.
You’ve got four to get acquainted with, starting with our Margherita. Tomato, mozzarella, parmesan and basil. Simple, done right.

The 2.0 takes things up a notch with semi-dried red tomatoes, yellow tomatoes, basil pesto and smoked stracciatella.
If you’re after some heat, go Pep with pepperoni, Spianata Piccante, oregano and hot honey. Or get stuck into the Calabrexican, where tequila tomato sauce meets mozzarella, ’nduja, parmesan, pepperoni and our house-pickled jalapeños.
Start sensibly. Try all four. Develop a favourite. Completely abandon your original strategy.
That’s what 90 minutes is for.
Vegan or Gluten-Free?
Everyone should be able to get involved.
Our Margherita can be made with vegan cheese, and there’s a gluten-free option for an extra £2.
We prepare food in a kitchen that handles gluten and other allergens, so we can’t guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. If you have any dietary requirements, just speak to our team, and they’ll be happy to help.
Brunch Done. What Next?
One of the perks of doing brunch at Waterloo is that you’re already in a pretty good spot for whatever comes next.
We’re just a minute from Waterloo Station, and the South Bank is right around the corner. You’ve got the BFI IMAX, Southbank Centre and London Eye nearby, plus The Old Vic and Young Vic if you’re making a show part of the day.
So you can walk off the pizza along the river, catch a film, head to the theatre or carry on somewhere else. If you’re making a day of it, have a look at our guide to things to do in Waterloo for a few more ideas.
Who Are You Bringing?
There’s a two-person minimum, so it works just as well for brunch for two as it does for a birthday, a long-overdue catch-up, a weekend with the work lot, or simply getting everyone around the same table for once.
And because we’re so close to Waterloo Station, it works particularly well when everyone’s travelling in from different corners of London.
All you really need to do is find one other person who likes pizza.
We reckon you can manage that.
