At Crust Bros, our food starts with the ingredients — and we’re seriously picky about what goes into every pizza. We keep it simple, fresh, and full of bold, natural flavour. No gimmicks. No pre-packed nonsense. Just top-quality produce, handmade dough, and the freedom to create pizza your way.

Dough

We use a traditional Neapolitan recipe: just flour, water, salt, and yeast — that’s it. Our dough is fermented for 24 hours, giving it that signature airy texture, light tang, and blistered crust. It’s hand-stretched and fired at over 450°C for a perfect cook every time.

Sauce

Our rich, velvety tomato base comes from San Marzano tomatoes, grown in the volcanic soil of southern Italy. They’re naturally sweet, low in acidity, and never messed with — just crushed, seasoned, and spread.

Cheese

We use Fior di Latte mozzarella, a creamy, fresh cow’s milk cheese that melts beautifully and balances our sauce like a dream.We also offer vegan cheese options — and they’re not an afterthought. Think melt, flavour, and texture that actually deliver.

Toppings that Bring the Fire

Every topping we serve is picked for maximum flavour. Whether it’s Calabrian nduja, smoked pancetta, or truffle mushrooms, we source from trusted suppliers who share our commitment to quality. Our veggies are prepped fresh daily, and our meats are carefully cured or cooked in-house.
